Domestic shipping
Insured local courier. ₪80 flat rate. Free on orders above ₪3,000.
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after production completes.
International shipping
Fully insured DHL service. Starting at ₪350 (destination-dependent). Free on orders above ₪10,000.
Returns
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new condition and original packaging. A full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
Personalized pieces (engraving, resizing) are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Care and repair
Every piece that leaves the studio comes with lifetime repair — free, no exceptions. Complimentary ultrasonic cleaning twice a year.
